Biography

Anchang (Ando Koji) born April 28, 1970 - Blood Type A ) Leader of Sex Machineguns and ザ☆メンテナンス and guitarist of Union Moon (Takamiy).

Ando was born in Niihama, Ehime where is spent most of his young life. He eventually moved to Kagoshima prefecture where he studied at Daiichi Institue of Technology. During his time studying, he met Tsuchiya Hiroshi (Mad Power) and founded Sex Machineguns.

In 1993 Sex Machineguns ended activity due to Ando finding an employment opportunity in Tokyo. Where he worked until 1995 when the band reformed.

Originally Anchang just played guitar but eventually Anchang became the singer. "I used to just play guitar all the time, because I was too shy to sing songs in public, but I couldn't find vocalists who had enough talent, and they didn't want to sing my songs as my lyrics were strange. They were always saying "I don't want to sing this song!" (burst out laughing) So I had to sing my own songs eventually!".

-Likes to write comical lyrics, but has a diverse talent and also writes song's with a more serious tone.

-Lyrical writing is often very self-centered and is said to conflict with the opinion of other members

-He likes fishing.

-His favorite guitar is the original 髑髏よしえ which was purchased as a ESP Random Star. And was decorated was skull and bones made with paper and clay. (Appeared in the HANABI-la大回転 music video only)

-Has said to have started playing guitar after the release of Bon Jovi - 7800 Fahrenheit. Also know to have influences in Night Ranger, Dokken, Motley Crue and other 80s glam bands.
